Stress is the word that many people use when they are describing how the demands of their life seems to be becoming too great for them to cope with.

If you feel that your symptoms are causing you a problem, your doctor will be the best person to discuss your difficulties with in the first instance. This is particularly important if your problem is not going away or is getting worse.
