This ability to cope varies from person to person. What one person finds stressful may not be a problem for another. Stress itself isn't necessarily damaging to your health, but too much can be the trigger to physical ailments and can lead to depression.

If you feel that your symptoms are causing you a problem, your doctor will be the best person to discuss your difficulties with in the first instance. This is particularly important if your problem is not going away or is getting worse.
