Citizens Advice Bureau
The City Centre Bureau is based on the 4th Floor of Coventry Point, Market Way, Coventry. This is the tower block building situated adjacent to Woolworths in the town centre.
The Bureau is currently open for 'drop-in' sessions at the following times:-
Monday: 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Tuesday: 10.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m. (for Deaf/Hard of Hearing Clients Only)
Wednesday: 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
CAB operates a diagnostic interview system to deal with the level of demand for our service. Where an appointment is necessary, these can only be made by the diagnostic worker.
