The Centre had a well deserved reputation for excellence in Martial Arts , in particular Judo , having evolved from an Academy previously owned and run by Neil Adams (twice World Champion and Double Olympic Silver Medallist).
There is a well equipped gymnasium with the latest Johnson Cardio equipment run on a strict "no mirror, no Lycra - just results" ethos. The "dojo" provides a studio space with a low impact floor for a variety of classes / circuits. Several personal trainers offer a "bespoke" service for people with specialist requirements, such as rehabilitation , training , etc for a particular sport or job or who simply need motivation.
We welcome children and teenagers to their own beginner thru' elite Martial Arts classes or to the Teen Gym . The new Judo Plus courses will include additional crucial advice and skills for young people. Youngsters who want to have the "edge" in their chosen sport through a superior level of fitness can opt for our Effective High Performance courses. A new course is available for overweight young people to improve their fitness and confidence.”
