It's very important that only genuine patients are granted internet access. The best way we can ensure this is to issue patients with a Registration Letter, which you can only be obtained in person at your Practice. You cannot create an account without one.
Have not Registered for EMIS ACCESS yet?
Then Email our Emis-access administrator HERE, with your name, address, telephone number & date of birth. They will check you are a registered patient and email a reply stating when and at which practice you may collect your “Registration letter”. Please bring ID (Identification) when you pick up your letter.
If you have your Registration Letter:
- First Create an Account - HERE
- Once you have your registration details AND have created an account, use your Access ID Number and your Password to LOGIN - Our Practice ID Number is 5424 which is filled in automatically when you click this LINK.
