Opening Hours
 We are now open Thursday afternoons at Harnall Lane Medical Centre, thereby offering our patients greater access to Primary Care Services 8am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
The Harnall Lane Surgery is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am until 1pm and 2.30pm until 6.30pm. Once per month we close on Wednesday 1-4pm for Protected Learning Time (PLT) held by NHS Coventry. Surgeries operate throughout the day and the last appointment is scheduled for 5.40pm. Friday afternoon is an emergency surgery only - please try not to attend Friday afternoon open surgery for routine or minor health complaints or very unwell patients may be delayed unduly trying to see a GP just before the weekend.
The building has suitable access for disabled patients and all consulting rooms are on the ground floor. Unfortunately, there is very little parking space available. You may have noticed that Harnall Lane Medical Centre is being extended on both sides, to include 3 extra consulting rooms due to the expanding patient list size.
Unfortunately, no parking for patients on site will be available during the building work. Please park further along Harnall Lane East or in the Public Car Park behind Hillfields Health Centre near the old Coventry & Warwickshire Hospital.
(Please note that the surgery may be closed at times to allow for staff meetings and training and for Protected Learning sessions for the doctors.)
If you need to see a doctor in an emergency outside of normal surgery hours you will need to call the Out-of-Hours service which is provided through Coventry Primary Care Trust
